Description
This is the Irish Language version of: https://www.golabz.eu/ils/climate-clouds-and-cooling
How do we use space to look at ourselves? What do climate and weather measurements tell us about our Earth and environment? Students will explore solar irradiation data using satellite data. There is a strong emphasis on science investigation skills, interpreting data and making interdisciplinary connections.
The activity was created within the POLAR STAR project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European (2019-1-FI01-KA201-060780). We would like to warmly thank Star Advisors, who provided valuable ideas and materials for this particular activity: Emilio Zuniga and Maria Eleftheriou. Irish Translation provided by Micheál Ó Súilleabháin.
